Tips for Adults with ADHD
Have you found yourself committing to things you just don’t have the time for? Many times, adults with ADHD find themselves overbooked. To avoid feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from taking on too many projects at work or too many social engagements, it’s important to accept that sometimes you need to say no. Saying no may help you accomplish tasks, keep social engagements and stay healthy — and sane! When someone asks if you can do something or wants to give you a new project at work, check your calendar. Don’t commit unless you really have the time.
