Tips for Adults with ADHD
A lack of impulse control can often make it hard for those with ADHD not to jump from one task to another — and also make large tasks seem too daunting to take on. But don’t let yourself get overwhelmed. Instead, decide what is the most important task and tackle that first. The second most important task should come next and so on. For a big task, take it one step at a time by dividing it up into small steps. To avoid getting sidetracked, remember to set a schedule and stick to it.
