Worst Cities for Spring Allergies for 2016
Coming in at fourth place is the city of Louisville, Kentucky. Another way to reduce your exposure to allergens includes removing clothes you have worn outside as soon as you can. It also helps to shower so you can rinse the pollen off of your skin and hair. Also avoid hanging laundry outside, since pollen can stick to the laundry. In addition, make sure to close doors and windows to avoid exposure to pollen.
