Spinach and Vitamin K

If you are on medication to thin the blood and lower the risk of blood clots with atrial fibrillation, you should know that eating large amounts of spinach or any food that contains vitamin K may interfere with your medication. Talk to your doctor about your medications and any possible interferences.
