Many companies advertise blue corn chips as being a healthier option than regular corn chips, but there isn’t really a difference in nutritional value. Corn chips that are fried are usually high in fat, sodium and calories and aren’t the best option for people with type 2 diabetes, who need to watch what they eat very carefully.
