Sunburns: How to Deal
According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, your body may be left dehydrated because your fluids have been drawn to the surface of the skin after a sunburn. Watch out for dehydration, and drink extra fluids like water and sports drinks to replenish your body’s water supply. If you are experiencing dry mouth, reduced urination, headache, dizziness or sleepiness, contact a doctor immediately.
