Sunburns: How to Deal
After a sunburn, it’s important to stay out of the sun to avoid getting burned a second time. If you need to be outdoors, wear loose, light-colored clothes to protect yourself. Apply sunscreen to any skin you can’t cover with clothes and wear sunglasses and hats to protect your eyes, face and scalp.
