Hypopituitarism

Hypopituitarism occurs when the pituitary gland produces low levels of certain hormones that are important for growth and development. It is often progressive, and the symptoms can vary depending on which hormones are affected. Some common symptoms include short stature, fatigue and weight loss. The condition affects about 45 out over every 100,000 people.
