Spinach

Spinach is a dark, leafy green vegetable that is high in water and low in calories. The water content, along with protein and fiber, help fill you up while contributing very few calories. Spinach is also a great source of a variety of vitamins and antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress, which plays a role in diseases such as cancer and MS.
