Potatoes have scored the highest satiety value of all foods tested in several studies, suggesting that they are a great option to combat hunger. Potatoes are also a great source of potassium, which plays a role in bone health and has been linked to reduced symptoms of both osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Remember to eat the skin!
