Foods that Fill You Up
Legumes are a group of plant foods that includes lentils, soybeans and black beans, among others. Legumes are high in both fiber and protein, making them a great substitute for meat. They also have been shown to help reduce cholesterol and manage diabetes. If that wasn’t enough, legumes tend to be quite affordable.
