The Five Bite Diet:

Developed by obesity doctor Alwin Lewis, this diet promises drastic weight loss results by skipping breakfast and only taking five bites of both lunch and dinner. This diet claims that matter what someone decides to take five bites of, the maximum calories consumed per day will be 1,000 calories. It’s important to remember, however, that the body can’t function without necessary nutrition. When the body isn’t nourished, it may also begin to hold onto the fat it already has to survive.
