Brain Food: What to Avoid
Tofu is a common staple in vegan and vegetarian diets, but the soy product may have a dark side. A 2000 study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition, that looked at middle-aged participants, found that lower memory function, poor cognitive performance and lower brain weight were all linked to tofu.
