Brain Food: What to Avoid
This one may comes as no surprise: fast food is far from healthy. But did you know that fast food can have a significant impact on your brain as well as your waistline? A recent study published in Nature Reviews Neuroscience found that diets high in junk food and fast food may slow the brain’s synapses, and negatively impact the learning and memory portions of the brain. Studies are also currently being conducted to investigate the link between fast food and depression.
