9 Easy Stretches to Relieve Back Pain
This simple stretch is a great way to elongate the muscles in your back and relax your mind.
Start: Get on all fours and stretch your arms out in front of you.
- Sit back so your glutes rest just above your heels, but they shouldn’t be touching your heels.
- Hold for five to 10 deep breaths — or as long as you feel is necessary.
- Return to starting position.
- Repeat as necessary.
