5 Nicotine Replacement Therapies
If you’re considering using NRT to quit, you may be wondering if it will work. The short answer is yes — this type of treatment is proven to increase the chances of kicking the habit for good. With counseling or support, this chance could go up even more! So, if you’re thinking of giving NRT a go, consider finding a support group or talking to someone who’s had success quitting.
