Potential Hemophilia B Cure Unveiled
A novel one-time intravenous gene therapy infusion could potentially cure patients with severe hemophilia B. Four patients from the small trial have had such success that they have discontinued traditional treatment.
Drug May Prevent Hemophilia Bleeds
A common drug that stops bleeding in patients with severe hemophilia, a rare bleeding disorder in which the blood doesn't clot normally, may also be able to prevent such bleeds altogether.
