What You Need to Know About Lupus
Learning the warning signs of a flare-up is the first step to preventing an increase in lupus symptoms. Before a flare-up, you may experience fever, rash, increased fatigue, abdominal pain, headache or dizziness. Meditation and exercise have been shown to offset stress in lupus patients and help combat flares.
