Keep Hydrated

Liquids won't flush the cold out of your system, but staying hydrated can alleviate some symptoms of your cold. Fluids such as water, juice, and tea can help loosen congestion, relieve a sore throat, and prevent dehydration. Be sure to avoid alcohol, coffee, and soda while sick.
