Ways to Fight a Cold
Sinus pressure, headache, and sore throat pain are common cold symptoms. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB) and acetaminophen (Tylenol) can help relieve these pains, and pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) can relieve sinus pressure. It is important to read medication labels and follow the dosages closely. Talk to your doctor before taking any new medication.
