The Truth About Supplements

You can't supplement a healthy diet!

Although vitamins could potentially help you get the nutrients you’re missing out on, nothing beats a healthy diet. The nutrients that adults are typically deficient in are potassium, calcium, fiber, magnesium and vitamins A, C and E. Foods like spinach and artichokes are good sources of fiber and magnesium and a diverse mixture of fruits and vegetables can up your vitamin A, C, and E levels.
