The Truth About Hangover Cures
Replenish your fluids. Many experts say the only real cure is rehydration and time. Water and other liquids combat the dehydration that alcohol causes. Water helps hydrate your muscles and organs while flushing out the additional toxins. Juices rehydrate while replenishing your body with missing sugars. Chicken soup and sports drinks have the added benefit of replenishing lost electrolytes (sodium) while providing your body with carbohydrates.
