Your body dehydrates overnight partly from breathing, sweating and simply not drinking water while asleep. Dehydration can lead to chapped lips and sunken eyes. Staying properly hydrated can help you look younger and feel more energetic, but don’t drink too much before going to bed, as it could lead to frequent restroom trips that disrupt sleep.
