Tips for Adults with ADHD
Working out is a great way to minimize hyperactivity, and stay healthy and fit! Exercise also helps to reduce stress and boost mood, so it can be a real win-win for those with ADHD. Grab a friend and stick to a sport or activity that you enjoy. When you can, spend a little time outdoors or even take your lunch outside.
