Tips for Adults with ADHD
Juggling ADHD and your job can be a struggle, but there is hope for staying organized at work. Set aside a specific time each week when you will organize your desk and paperwork. During the week, try not to let your work space become too cluttered by storing things in drawers to keep them out of sight. You can also implement a system to organize your tasks and meetings by placing them in color-coded folders. What about those brilliant ideas that pop into your head when you’re working on something completely different? Create a special idea folder, write them down and set them aside for later.
