Think Pink!

You're not alone

Finding support and treatment are both important parts of recovery. Before deciding on a treatment plan, research your options. Breast Cancer: signs, symptoms, and treatment has information on the different treatment options available. This way, when you talk to your doctor about treatment, you will be informed about your decision. You can also join support groups for emotional support. Cancer.org has a variety of resources available for different stages of cancer. There are also information centers, patient lodging (since treatment sometimes means patients must travel far from home), car pools to treatment, as well as resources and services to help with your physical appearance throughout treatment. Online communities offer places where you can share your story (and read the stories of others) to give hope or find inspiration.
