Tennis Health Benefits
While washing your hands may seem like the easiest way to avoid getting sick, tennis can also be a good way to stay healthy. Playing tennis may make you less susceptible to catching minor viral illnesses, like colds and flus, because aerobic exercises have been linked to better immune systems, according to the European Food Information Council.
