Sweet Benefits of Chocolate
Oxidative stress occurs when the body produces more free radicals than it can counteract. Damage from free radicals is linked to diseases such as cancer and MS. Thankfully, chocolate is rich in antioxidants, which help combat the harmful effects of free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.
