Orange Juice

It is sometimes easier to drink juice than it is to add whole fruit to your breakfast. Orange juice contains many of the nutrients found in whole oranges, including a significant portion of vitamin C, vitamin A and folate. If you already have a lot on your plate, consider including fruit juice.
