Summer Sports Safety Tips
If you don’t feel like dipping your toes in the water this summer, beach volleyball may be the summer sport for you. Beach Volleyball can be a great way to enjoy the summer weather, get fit, be competitive and have fun with friends. There’s also very little equipment or involved and the rules are simple to learn.
Serve up safety with these simple tips:
- Be sun-ready and wear your sunglasses and sunscreen
- Stay Hydrated
- Protect your ankles and feet
- Check for glass or harmful materials in the sand
- Call for the ball to avoid collision
