Summer Drink Recipes to Cool You Down
This drink is the ideal tropical fruit smoothie for when you want to feel like you're on a beach, even if you’re just in the backyard!
Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons sugar
1 ½ cup skim milk ice cubes fresh mint leaves
Combine pineapple juice, skim milk, vanilla extract and sugar in a blender. Blend on high with ice until liquified. Pour into glasses and top each with a mint leaf, if desired.
