Summer Drink Recipes to Cool You Down

Green Juice Smoothie

If you want to keep your summer beverages non-alcoholic and super healthy, this is the drink for you!

Ingredients:

3 raw apples

1 stalk celery

1 cup spinach

1 inch piece ginger root

½ fennel bulb

½ cup parsley

½ cucumber (peel and seeds included)

1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

6 whole macadamia nuts

Pass all ingredients except for nuts and flaxseed oil through a juicer. Then use a blender to mix up the juice with the remaining ingredients.
