Smoking Cessation
After all of your hard work, the battle is not yet over. Staying smoke-free is key to improving your health, but it’s not always easy. Avoid triggers — steer clear of smokers if the smell has you reaching for a cigarette. Fight the urge to smoke when cravings hit, and reward yourself when you are successful. Remember the support system you built during your smoke-free plan and lean on it when the going gets tough. By quitting for good, you’ll save money, time and, most importantly, your health.
