Simple Steps to Reduce Men’s Cancer Risk
According to Cancer Research UK, higher levels of physical activity are linked to a lower risk of bowel cancer. Most experts recommend 30 minutes of exercise, five days a week. It is also beneficial to stand more and sit less. For example, resisting the urge to sit on the couch when watching TV could be a part of a man’s plan to reduce his cancer risk.
