Seasonal Summer Fruits & Veggies
Zucchini is a gardener favorite and summer veggie must-have! Make sure your zucchini is slightly prickly, but still shiny. The skin should be firm with no visible bruises. Zucchini is cholesterol-free and can be stored in the fridge until it's ready to be washed and eaten. And did we mention that it’s delicious fried, frozen or fresh?
