Seasonal Summer Fruits & Veggies
Sugar snap peas are among the few types of peas sold fresh, so make sure yours are bright green, firm and free of blemishes. Serve them as soon as possible after purchase for the best taste. Snap peas also a good source of vitamin K. Just toss these yummy veggies in a salad or stirfry, and they are sure to be family favorite!
