Seasonal Summer Fruits & Veggies
These yummy berries were named after the late Judge James H. Logan, who grew them in his backyard in California. They resemble blackberries more than the raspberries, but ripe loganberries are a dark red, rather than black. Look for loganberries that are plump, firm, and shiny. They can be kept up to a week in the refrigerator and are also an excellent source of fiber.
