The Science of Optimism
Feeling blue? It might be hard to muster a smile sometimes, but that may actually be the best time to smile. Scientists have found that the act of putting a smile on can lead to feelings of happiness. This is because smiling on purpose changes your brain chemistry. Check out YouTube videos of puppies, bunnies, or whatever makes you smile.
