Running Safety Tips
Unless you’re running at night, the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays are one thing you can’t run away from. Make sure your skin is protected by wearing sunscreen, and try to run in the shade or plan a route that somewhat hidden from the sun. You should also consider sunglasses and a hat or visor to protect your eyes and face.
