Be a ‘Cinderella’ About Your Shoes

The more you run, the more you’ll know the importance of a good pair of running shoes. They’re an investment that can potentially protect you from certain injuries, according to the AAOS. Don’t run in regular sneakers or shoes that are worn out, and make sure that your shoes fit you properly — with about a thumbnail of space between the end of your longest toe and the shoe.
