Are There Any Foods That Relieve Constipation?

A diet that is rich in high-fiber foods can help relieve and prevent constipation. These foods include asparagus, broccoli, squash, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, beans, peanuts, walnuts and almonds. Also, be sure to get enough exercise and drink enough water everyday to help prevent constipation.
