Reasons Why Your Head Hurts
Rebound headaches describe headaches that occur when a person overuses headache medication. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, nearly all pain relief medication used for migraine headaches can cause rebound headaches. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about proper use of headache medication.
