Water is a crucial part of anyone’s health, especially your baby’s. The Institute of Medicine recommends about 10 cups of water every day during pregnancy. Staying hydrated can help prevent constipation, hemorrhoids, bladder infections and excessive swelling. Research also says water may improve memory.
