Calcium

A growing baby needs calcium to develop properly. during the last half of pregnancy. Pregnant women absorb calcium from foods such as milk, cheese, broccoli and kale. Be careful not to consume too much calcium, as research has possibly linked calcium intake with overactive bladder symptoms.
