Lung Cancer: Symptoms & Screenings

Symptoms of Lung Cancer

In the early stages, there typically aren’t any signs of lung cancer, and many potential symptoms overlap with other lung diseases, making it difficult to spot lung cancer early. Common symptoms of lung disease include a new cough that doesn’t go away or changes in a chronic cough. You may also be short of breath, wheeze when breathing or have a hoarse voice. You could experience chest or bone pain, have headaches, cough up blood or lose weight without trying.
