Keep Calm and Meditate On
While there’s no such thing as perfection in meditation, there is room for improvement. Whether you attend a class or do it on your own, don’t judge your skills! No matter how long you practice, your mind still may wander from time to time. Don’t let this discourage you! Simply begin again where you left off. Experimenting with different forms of meditation may help you find the way that and works best for you.
