How to Quit Smoking
According to smokefree.gov, quitting smoking may be easier with support from the important people in your life. Let your family know that you’re planning to quit, and explain how they can help you in this journey. We all need different things, so be sure to let friends and family know how best to support you. Organizations with support lines — such the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and the American Lung Association — and apps like QuitSTART and QuitGuide can also offer motivation and support.
