How to Quit Smoking
Remove anything that reminds you of smoking — like cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays, etc — may help you stay on track. Removing these items will also keep your house and car smelling clean and fresh, which is great because the smell of cigarettes may also trigger cravings. And don’t keep a ‘just in case’ pack of cigarettes around — you’ll only tempt yourself!
