How to Get Your Body Ready for Baby
The American Pregnancy Association (APA) recommends that women trying to conceive avoid all toxic chemicals. At work and at home, it’s important to stay away from synthetic chemicals, metals, fertilizers, bug sprays and cat or rodent feces. According to the CDC, exposure to these substances may decrease fertility in men and women.
