How to Become a Morning Person
While it is important to have a mattress with good support, sleep position may also affect morning habits. Side-sleeping is the best position to rest comfortably, increase the likelihood of uninterrupted sleep, and relieve back/hip pain. If back-sleeping is more comfortable, put a pillow or rolled up towel under the knees to sleep more soundly.
